Diligent processing of Montepulciano grapes and prolonged maceration on the yeasts from 18 to 24 months, a pink color with coral reflections, an elegant and persistent bouquet, offer the palate sensations of great harmony and pleasure. Another jewel of the Garofoli winery that was the first in the region to use of Montepulciano grapes in making a classic-method bubbly. It is produced in limited quantities.
